Vent Cap Systems products — 30-day money-back guarantee

Vent Caps, the Pole RAT™, Duct Ninja™ and the rest of my own products come with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you decide you'd rather go back to throwing away giant wads of tape, you have 30 days from receipt to request a return.

  • Items must be in salable condition, in the original packaging, with proof of purchase.
  • Email corey@ventcapsystems.com for an RMA before sending anything back. Returns sent without an RMA will not be accepted.
  • Once approved, I'll send return instructions. Returns go to: 2020 S A.W. Grimes Blvd #140, Round Rock, TX 78664.
  • You're responsible for return shipping. For anything over $75, use a trackable service or insurance.
  • Only regular-priced items can be refunded. Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.

In over 15 years and tens of thousands sold, only a handful of sets have ever come back. I'm not worried — you're gonna love 'em.

Retrotec & TEC (The Energy Conservatory) equipment — final sale

I'm an authorized reseller for Retrotec and The Energy Conservatory. Their equipment ships directly from the factory with fresh calibrations, and all equipment sales are final. Warranty, calibration and service after the sale are handled by the manufacturer.

Damaged, defective or wrong item

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If anything shows up damaged in shipping, defective, or isn't what you ordered — including factory-shipped equipment — email me right away at corey@ventcapsystems.com with your order number and photos. I'll work with you and the carrier or manufacturer to make it right.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the new item.

Refunds

I'll let you know once your return is received and inspected, and whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days; your bank may take a little longer to post it. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, email corey@ventcapsystems.com.

European Union 14-day cooling-off period

Notwithstanding the above, if your order ships into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. Items must be in the condition you received them, in the original packaging, with proof of purchase.
